
Early this morning, my friend who lives in England, told me that she just had the most amazing mango smoothie. Gosh, that just made me want to make my own smoothie as well!
The other day, I published a Peach & Mango Smoothie recipe as well. Today, I have a Tangy Smoothie which is easily prepared. I hate slaving away for my food and I know that I am not alone.
The following will require just five minutes to prepare and serves two persons only.
Ingredients A:
2 oranges, peeled and broken into segments
1 apple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
100ml natural yogurt
100ml low fat milkice cubes
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2. Pour into serving glasses and serve
Tip:
Make smoothies with any combination of fresh fruits that is available in your fridge.
