Living in sunny Malaysia, the weather could be so hot on most days that you will just YEARN for a cool drink! That’s why cendol and ABC stalls on the roadsides are so popular!

Here is a super refreshing smoothie recipe that is perfect for that long hot afternoon! Of course, it’s suitable for breakfast or tea time as well.

The following will require fifteen minutes to prepare and serves two persons only.




Ingredients A:
1/2 cup chopped fresh mango
1/4 cup sliced canned peaches, drained
1 tablespoon honey
250ml low fat milk
4 tablespoons natural low fat yogurt
crushed ice cubes

Preparation:
1. Combine ingredients into blender
2. Blend for two minutes or until well mixed
3. Pour into chilled tall glasses
4. Serve immediately.

Recipe tip:
For a lighter and more refreshing drink blend in some crushed ice!
