I came across this recipe for MILO Double Shake quite a while back but could not find the time to share it on my blog. MILO is a very popular drink here in Malaysia. I remember that besides milk and Horlicks, Milo was one of the beverages I had for breakfast during my school days. Vico came later. I guess for this recipe, you could substitute Milo with Vico too.

This drink seems not only very tasty but also very cool and refreshing. Too bad I caught a stomach bug since mid-September and cannot take anything cold for the time being or my tummy would get terribly upset. SIGH.

Anyway, the following recipe serves four. Let’s check it out.

Ingredients:
8 tablespoons MILO powder
11/2 cups low fat milk
4 scoops chocolate ice cream

Preparation:
1. Blend MILO powder with low fat milk in a blender until well mixed.
2. Pour mixture into chilled glasses and scoop a scoop of ice cream into the glass.
3. Serve at once.
