How many ways can you prepare chicken? How many ways can you prepare tofu? Combine these two and you get Chicken Tofu On-The-Go.

Just look at this image that I have included. Isn’t Chicken Tofu On-The-Go mouth-watering? Guess what? Preparation and cooking require just 18 minutes, which makes this a really quick dish to cook.

The following recipe serves four persons. Double the ingredients if you are cooking for eight. Easy peasy!




Ingredients for Dressing:
2/3 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ikan bilis stock granules with no added MSG

Ingredients A:
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon chicken stock granules with no-added MSG
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
pepper to taste

1 X 300gm soft bean curd
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
100gm minced chicken meat

1 teaspoon corn flour, mixed with 2 teaspoons water
1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
1 stalk coriander, finely sliced
1 red chilli, finely sliced

Preparation:
1. Place bean curb on heatproof plate and steam over medium heat for two minutes. Set aside.
2. Stir fry garlic in hot oil until lightly browned.
3. Add in chicken meat and fry for two minutes.
4. Stir in Ingredients A and bring to boil. Thicken with corn flour mixture and set aside.
5 Spoon sauce over bean curd and garnish with spring onion, coriander and chilli.
6. Serve immediately.
