If you have been following my recipe blog, you would probably have read that I actually love fried food. I know it’s bad for health so I don’t indulge in it. Heck, food to me is just something to fill my stomach but I do appreciate fine food, especially when I am not the one who prepared it! Haha!

For prawns, one of the best ways to prepare is to deep fry them. I have an aunt whose specialty is in deep fried prawns with bread crumbs and I look forward to this when there’s a family gathering. Boy, has it been ages since I tasted her cooking!

Here is a recipe for deep fry crispy prawns which I found a couple of days ago. Let’s see how it’s cooked!

Here is one seriously rich and luxurious recipe. When you come across recipe names like ‘eight-treasure”, I am sure that you know already that this is a Chinese New Year dish. Chinese are very superstitious people!

So, let’s go to the recipe, yet another fine Chinese gourmet recipe, and see what are the required ingredients and how it is prepared. This recipe looks long but the preparation is really simple!
