
Today’s salad recipe is a little different. You will not find any leafy greens here; only small curry leaves. Just by looking at this photo, I can tell that it is a very appetizing dish, even though it’s just “salad”.
Still, it’s one quick dish to prepare and light on the stomach as well. As you could probably tell, the main ingredient is potatoes. I remember there was a point in my life where I had potatoes daily. Of course, I was scratching my head on how to prepare them so that even though it’s basically just potatoes, at last with the different ways of preparing them, there would be variety in my meals.
