Last week, I was so bogged down with work (not that I am complaining) that, as you could see, I did not even have time to update my blog. For that, I apologise.

Even though I was busy, I still took time to cook a little because I did not relish the thought of eating out. I just wanted to stay in and work, and not waste time finding an eating spot only to have to wait for parking and again wait to be served.

So here is one very simple vegetable dish that’s also colorful! The main ingredients are Ginkgo and broccoli. It’s also, by the way, a Chinese New Year dish. The following recipe serves four persons. Just right for my family.

Following my series of gourmet Chinese cooking, I have a fish recipe for you today. If you are planning your Chinese New Year menu right now, this would be a great addition.

As you probably could notice, the ingredients are basically the same and cooking style is stir-fried again. Chinese cooking is not complex but the art is in secret is in the gravy. Presentation plays an important role too since before a person gets to taste the dish, he gets to see it first. The image is really appealing, isn’t it? This recipe serves four. Check it out.
