
Boy, has it been ages since I blogged, here or anywhere. So what have I been up to? Doing non internet, non blog stuff. Have I been cooking? Not exactly, but I did try out this very simple Mango Custard Cups recipe which I will be sharing with you today.
This is quick to prepare, though you would need to bake it for an hour. The following Mango Custard Cups recipe serves eight persons. It’s a good source of calcium!

Early this morning, my friend who lives in England, told me that she just had the most amazing mango smoothie. Gosh, that just made me want to make my own smoothie as well!
The other day, I published a Peach & Mango Smoothie recipe as well. Today, I have a Tangy Smoothie which is easily prepared. I hate slaving away for my food and I know that I am not alone.
