I came across this recipe for MILO Double Shake quite a while back but could not find the time to share it on my blog. MILO is a very popular drink here in Malaysia. I remember that besides milk and Horlicks, Milo was one of the beverages I had for breakfast during my school days. Vico came later. I guess for this recipe, you could substitute Milo with Vico too.
This drink seems not only very tasty but also very cool and refreshing. Too bad I caught a stomach bug since mid-September and cannot take anything cold for the time being or my tummy would get terribly upset. SIGH.
Anyway, the following recipe serves four. Let’s check it out.

I bought a packet of chocolate chip cookies just now. While it was tasty, I felt that it was a tad expensive and too sweet for my liking. When it comes to baking, I always make it a point to reduce the amount of sugar required. Of course, this is a personal preference and I do not mind eating something that is less sweet. In fact, with the history of diabetes in the family, I need to be all the more particular with my sugar intake.
Come, let’s see what are the ingredients that we would need to bake ginger cookies!
